Refund Policy

We want every order to be perfect. If something goes wrong, here's how we make it right.

Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a full refund if your order was incorrect, arrived damaged, or was not delivered within the promised timeframe. Requests must be raised within 24 hours of the expected delivery time via our app, website, or support channel.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for change-of-mind cancellations after the kitchen has begun preparing your order, incorrect delivery addresses provided by you, or requests raised more than 24 hours after the expected delivery window.

Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order within 3 minutes of placing it for a full refund. Once our kitchen confirms preparation has begun, cancellations are no longer accepted.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For UPI or wallet payments, refunds typically process within 24–48 hours. You'll receive an email confirmation once initiated.

Partial Refunds

If only part of your order is affected, we'll issue a proportional refund for the affected items. Our team will assess each case and communicate the resolution within 48 hours.
